From coffee plantations directly to your coffee pot
Bell Caffè selects for you the best grains by importing raw
coffees from their countries of origin, such as Brasil and Colombia. The
coffee is then cleared through customs in the free ports of Trieste and
Gioia Tauro. Here it stays in special warehouses waiting to be shipped
to the warehouse of Modica, where it is selected by means of special
sifters and sorters.
Roasting requires the different kinds of green
coffee to be collected inside a roasting machine, equipped with a
special software, for specific periods of time depending on the coffee.
After that, the coffee is air-cooled, sent to stocks and then mixed
specifically to prepare the different blends.
Once this phase is
completed, the coffee can be grounded or left in grains to be packed and
distributed.
This is a long and articulated process, checked in every
details, that allows obtaining a coffee with an unmistakable aroma, to
enjoy at home as well as at the bar.
